Start with 5lbs. and 8 lbs or 10lbs. You'll want to get heavier weights as the workouts get easier for you.
You could use a yoga mat or a larger workout mat if you have space.
A chair or coffee table could also work if that's what you have available!
Long + Short Resistance Bands
One long + one short resistance band. The long one around 15-25 lbs and the short one being "heavy" weight.
I recommend having ankle weights between 1.5-3lbs. There are a few options linked below!
